How about o-rings? It looks like you get one if you buy a new motor, but any chance of buying a little baggie of them separately?

Size #13 Rubber O-Rings from the hardware store work well for me.
They are not an exact match (needed 7/8" OD X 5/8" ID X 1/8" AS568A-Dash #-208), but my hardware store (Lowes) didn't have an exact match.
