Post Buying Lisa/M or Lia?
Hello guys.
Big fan of the project.
I would love to get my hands on a quadshot but since I'm experienced model builder and from Australia (postage $$) there is little advantage for me to buy an airframe.
Is it possible to support the quadshot project by purchasing a Lisa/M or Lia only?
I know thew Lisa/M is available from Joby right now but i was wondering if it was possible to do it through kickstarter so you guys are financially supported and perhaps get a small discount :D
Kind regards,
Nick

Hey Nick,
Thanks for wanting to support us by purchasing Lisa/M through Kickstarter. We certainly understand the problems with extra cost of international shipping and are trying to find an alternative.
Unfortunately, we are not able to supply you with Lisa/M or Lia via KS at the moment. I would, however, encourage you to obtain the Lisa/M from Joby Robotics. It will take a while before they are available from our website. Lia will also not be available for several weeks.
Best,

Hello

Congratulations on the project, guys, I think you've just opened a door to a new era of useful uav's.

I have a similar "problem" as nick.sargeant. :) I would like to lay my hands on the intelligent part of the uav because i already have many rc airplanes and flying wings.

Is it possible to give a detailed list of all of the equipment used in The Espresso version?

Thank you.

Best regards from Slovenia.

David

Hmm, as far as the "intelligent" part of the UAV goes, I assume you mean the flight computer.
You would need at least a Lisa/M with an Aspirin IMU.
You can get these from Joby Robotics for now.
