Can you provide shipping details for overseas purchasers? USPS tracking number would be great!
And can you confirm my order for an Espresso, thanks.

Are tracking numbers being sent out for everything that ships? I would like to make sure the battery doesn't sit out in the sun all day.
Thanks.

Yes, we send tracking numbers for tracked carriers (like UPS and FedEx) as things are shipped. For backers we send Kickstarter messages, otherwise they are emailed.

The Espressos and Kopi Luwaks currently ship with the Digi International XBee 802.15.4 with wire whip antenna, Digi part # XB24-AWI-001 (Digikey XB24-AWI-001-ND). They transmit at 1 mW, which is approved for use in the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. As far as I know the carrier boards we include are compatible with any of the modules with that footprint, and we frequently use XBee Pro modules (more powerful but not approved for use outside the USA) during longer-range testing. We haven't tested the wi-fi or 900MHz modules but are curious to learn if they work.

Be aware that we (Transition Robotics) haven't had any luck so far getting the XBee Pro Digimesh modules fully working (they seem to transmit slowly), although apparently some other Paparazzi users have. The Quadshot runs a modified Paparazzi 'rotorcraft' code base, which needs at least 57600 baud to transmit full telemetry and messages.

Check out http://wiki.thequadshot.com/wiki/Compatible_Hardware for a very partial list of compatible hardware, and email or PM me your desired username and password if you'd like to have a wiki editor account - that way you can add more compatible hardware info!

Cheers,
//Jeff

Post subject:  Re: Shipping Dates of Mocha's and Espresso's

Any update on shipping of the Mocha's? I last got an update on 5/14 saying that the shipping date has moved to june-july, but no further updates. I responded to the update email but never heard a response. Is there a better way to get in contact than the forum?

I'd really like to know that my order is still in the system and get a rough ETA on when I can expect it.

Thanks!
